MISSION STATEMENT
JS Builders, LLC is a general contractor in the East and South Bay Area specializing in multi-family residential projects. Our mission statement is to provide our clients with the highest quality of construction, competitive pricing, and on-time performance.
HISTORY
Over the last several years we have seen a trend of Developers and Owners requesting that their projects be constructed using open shop contractors in order to meet more demanding budgets without sacrificing the quality of these facilities. We answered their request by forming JS Builders, LLC in early 2012 and joined the Obayashi Group Companies in late 2012.
