PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project included a 20,000 SF renovation of the top three floors of the hotel spa and restaurant facilities. The spa includes 12 treatment rooms, an asian tea lounge, men's and women's relaxation lounges, and a fitness center with an indoor pool. The top level of the hotel included an extension of the bulkhead for new toilet facilities for the Salon de Ning rooftop bar.
